REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Nature of Digital Products
All courses sold on ShortLearns are digital products provided by independent instructors.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are limited.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered if:
- Course content significantly differs from description
- Verified misleading information
- Technical access issues not resolved
- Duplicate or incorrect charges
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Refund Percentage
If approved after review:
- The student will receive 70% of the total payment
- 30% is retained to cover platform and transaction processing fees
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The student changed their mind
- The student did not review ratings before purchase
- The course has been substantially accessed or completed
- False claims are made
5. Review & Investigation Process
All refund claims undergo internal review.
If refund is based on instructor misconduct, it will be prioritized.
False claims may result in account suspension.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
7. Subscription Cancellation (If Applicable)
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund past payments.
